Google and Yahoo are now evaluating your Marketo email campaigns using new, stricter spam policies. Running the same old email marketing playbook without making a few minor changes means that everyone in your company cannot send emails to Gmail or Yahoo addresses.
You’ve probably heard all the acronyms – DMARC, DKIM, SPF – when talking about this subject. But what does it all mean and why should you care?
So we're going to explain all of this in plain English for the typical person to understand. You don't have to be an expert on your Domain Name Servers in order to follow along here and this session will help explain what's happening so you can intelligently communicate with your IT group to get your instance under control.
